Fáilte Tours offered a real "Céad Mile Fáilte" to the Naoimh Bairbre and her Crew!

In April 2006 the Naomh Bairbre left Chicago for Connemara on the greatest tour across the Atlantic. The Naomh Bairbre was on a Tour to Conamara.

The Naomh Bairbre arrived in Ireland on 26th June 2006. Fáilte Tours, together with Island Ferries were there to welcome home the Naomh Bairbre after her fantastic voyage across the Atlantic. Island Ferries left Rossaveal and headed out with a fanfare of music to welcome home the Naomh Bairbre. The Island Ferries Vessel was carrying various TV crews and journalists to capture this event live as it happened. There was a flotilla of boats racing to welcome home the Naoimh Bairbre.

On the pier at Máimin was the Fáilte Tours Bus waiting for the Crew.

Bhí lá mór ar Pháirc an Mháimín ar an Satharn, 24 Meitheamh 2006, nuair a tháinig Stiofán Ó Maolchiaráin agus a bhád, an Naomh Bairbre, i dtír ag Céibh an Mháimín tar éis dóibh seoladh ó Chicago.

Filleadh an Naoimh Bairbre

Bhí slua mór I Iáthalr nuair a d'fhill an bád seoil, an Naomh Bairbre, ar Chéibh an Mháimín i gCeantar na nOileán ag an delreadh seachtaine. Breis is sé sheachtain ó shin a d'ardaigh an bád seoil seo a sheol den chéad uair nuair a rinne méara Chicago, Richard Daley, é a léainseáil.
